Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer return and exchange options for eligible items.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and in original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Products with broken seals or that have been installed/used
Return Process
- Log into your account and navigate to "Orders"
- Find the order containing the item you wish to return
- Click "Return Item" and follow the instructions
- Print the return shipping label (if provided)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item using the provided return label or your preferred carrier
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at returns@example.com and send your item to the return address with a note requesting an exchange.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@example.com or through the support form on our website. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
