Selected batteries
Sorted by amps — the big number is what matters.
In Egypt, heat is what kills a battery
In Europe the cold kills batteries — in Egypt the enemy is heat. High temperatures boil off the fluid inside and corrode the plates, so the battery ages faster. That’s why the manufacture date matters most — buy a recently made battery, not one that’s been sitting on a shelf.
It’s stamped on the case (month/year) — make sure it’s recent, not one that sat months on a shelf.
Trade in your old battery, pay less
Your dead battery still has value — its scrap lead is credited and comes straight off the price of the new one.
