Welcome to Shaheen Tire, a multi-vendor marketplace for tires, batteries, and automotive products and services operating in Egypt. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Shaheen Tire website and applications, operated by Zeinat Mohamed Salama Saleh & Partners.

"User" / "Customer" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.

"Vendor" refers to businesses that sell products or services through our Platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

3. Products and Services

Our Platform allows Shaheen Tire and its Vendors to list tires, batteries, and automotive products and services for sale. Product specifications, fitment data, and prices are provided for guidance; customers are responsible for confirming the correct size and specification for their vehicle.

Product specifications and prices may be set by Vendors and may change without notice. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the delivered product.

4. Orders and Purchasing

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is confirmed once payment is authorized (for online payments) or the order is accepted (for Cash on Delivery). For products supplied by a Vendor, your contract for those items is with the Vendor, and Shaheen Tire facilitates the transaction.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered across Egypt, typically within 2 business days. Shipping fees vary by governorate and are shown at checkout. For full details, please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Payment Methods

Online payments are processed securely through Paymob. We do not store your full card details. Available payment methods at launch are:

• Credit & debit cards (Visa / Mastercard)
• Mobile wallets (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, and others)
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Installments (ValU, Sympl, and others)
• Aman / Masary

7. Installation & Technical Services

Shaheen Tire and/or its Vendors provide installation and technical services for tires and batteries. Availability of installation may vary by location and is confirmed at checkout or by our support team. Fees for installation, mounting, and balancing are separate from the product price and are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

8. Product Warranty (Tires & Batteries)

9. Platform & Vendor Responsibilities

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, Shaheen Tire shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of the Platform or the products purchased through it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
