Payment Information: Payments are processed by our payment provider (Paymob). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Advertising Partners: We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta receives the products you view, add to your cart and buy, your IP address and browser details, and your email, phone number, name and city in hashed (one-way scrambled) form.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies. On your first visit we ask for your consent to the optional kinds, and we do not switch them on until you agree. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Necessary: needed to run the site, such as sign-in, your cart and protection against forged requests. Always on; no consent needed.
Analytics (Google Analytics): helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Stored only with your consent.
Marketing (Google Ads and Meta): measures our ads and shows you relevant ones on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and may transfer your browsing data to these companies outside Egypt. Switched on only with your consent.

Without your consent, the analytics and marketing tools store no cookies on your device. You can also set your browser to refuse all cookies, but some parts of the site may not work properly without the necessary ones.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Job applicants

When you apply for a job on our careers page, we collect your name, phone number, email (if you give it), your CV (if you upload one) and your message. We use them only to review your application and to contact you about it.

Who sees it: only the staff responsible for hiring. We do not sell or share applications with anyone outside Shaheen Tire.
Where it is kept: CVs are stored privately on our own servers and are never published on the website.
How long: we keep an application for 12 months from the day you send it, then delete it together with the CV. If you are hired, it becomes part of your employment file.
Your rights: under Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 you can ask to see, correct or delete your application at any time, and withdraw your consent.
Applying on WhatsApp: your conversation stays in WhatsApp. Our website only records that the apply button was used, not what you write.
